EEM Parts assumes no liability related to product use and fitment. Buyers are solely responsible to ensure that product use and fitment is consistent with their truck or application.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The cost of return shipping is sometimes the seller's responsibility and at product  the buyer's. You must determine who bears the cost of the return shipping when you process the refund to the buyer, based on the reason for the return.

The return is free, if the return reason is seller-responsible. Label cost cannot be deducted. The label cost can be deducted, if the return reason is buyer-responsible. Several types of product are exempt from being returned, such as hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any product not in its original condition, is damaged or missing goods for reasons not due to our error. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To start a return process, you can email the following information to
- Order number
- Part number of the item that you want to return.
- The full detailed reason for return (If it was a wrong part please explain why)
- Your full name that you ordered with.
- Contact information of the shop/mechanic that performed the installation

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale products (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale products cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping product over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
